Dumbbell Russian Twist: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat. Hold a dumbbell with both hands and twist your torso from side to side.
Dumbbell Side Bend: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in one hand. Lean to the side and then return to the starting position.
Dumbbell Woodchopper: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell with both hands. Bring the dumbbell up and across your body, as if you were chopping wood.
Dumbbell Renegade Row: Start in a plank position with a dumbbell in each hand. Row one dumbbell up to your side and then switch sides.
Dumbbell Deadlift: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Bend at the waist and lower the dumbbells towards the ground.
